Open ports on W2K VPN Server

Have setup a W2K VPN server with an external interface and
an internal interface. Running a port scan against the
exteranal interface shows that tcp ports 80 and 1723 are
open and a multitude of UDP ports are open. How do I go
about closing any unneeded UDP ports and TCP port 80?

Thanks in advance for any help.

It depends on your definition of "unneeded". If you want to make an HTTP
connection to the server, you need tcp port 80 open. If you need to make a
PPTP connection to this server, you need tcp 1723.

If you just close everything, lots of things stop working!

Just want to allow VPN access to an Exchange 5.5 server
on my internal network which should just be port 1723,
shouldn't need port 80 for that correct? Don't need any
other access at this time.

How would I go about closing the UDP ports that show open
on from the port scan?

Thanks for your time.
