open new window maximized

where is the setting so when i right click and click on "open in a new
window" it will open maximized. i dont want to do that re-size shift click
stuff, i know there is a setting somewhere to reset it.

Hi Laurel,
The only one I can recall from my tired Brain, is when you open the New
Window try to put your Pointer or Cursor on the Edge of the opened Window and
Hold the Left Button and Drag in all Directions [ Up, Down , Right, Left ],
then Close the Old or [ First window ] and Click Refresh on the New Window.
Close your IE browser and open it again and try to open a new window and see
if it will resolve your issue.

Windows remembers the size of the last Normal IE window closed.
Open such a link.
Don't use the maximize button.
Stretch the edges/corners so that the window fills the screen.
Close all other IE windows.
Close the stretched window.
