Open all links in new window ???

How can I get Internet Explorer to open all links in all pages in a new
window instead of the current window. When I am cruising a web site and I
click on a link I want it to open in a new window not the current one, and I
don't want to have to "right click" to do it. Is there a way to make this the
default?
