open all folders with one click?

Is there a Windows Explorer shortcut key for opening all folders and
subfolders with one click? (to get a completely expanded hierarchical view
of an entire folder or network drive.)

Found my own answer: highlight the desired top level folder, and press the
asterisk key on the numeric keypad.
