Only one VPN client can connect...

Hi,
We were using VPN at one of our offices connecting flawlessly to our
head office up north, 6 clients were connecting at the time.
We have since moved offices and now the VPN connections do not work,
the broadband is the same, the users are the same users on same pcs
with same access, and we are still using the same DLINK DSL-604T
wireless routers, two of, one just connecting to broadband, the other
wireless giving out DHCP.
Only one person can connect via VPN at this office, the other users can
randomly connect everyother day, but only if this one person that works
is not connected! please help!!!

Assuming nothing changed, I would re-set the router first. This case may help,
