On Screen Keyboard (tablet)

i have a problem with some acer 110 tablet pc's. when i
install sp2 on them, the on screen keyboard just had a
blank blue box. my users can't login because of this and
i need to get a workaround somehow. i believe it has
something to do with sp2 blocking java or xml, but not
sure.

anyone know of a cure for this?
