olk3 folder issue

Hi all. When i try to save an excel attachment from my email message, it open
the olk3 folder for me to save. However olk3 folder could not be navigated
even though it is supposed to be in temporary internet files folder. I am
using microsoft outlook for my email. How can i set so that every time i save
an attachment it doesnt open the olk3 folder by default? Thks in advance.

Attachments remain in the Outlook Secure Temporary File folder when you exit
