Old Setup Wizard still there

Thanks for being here for us newbies, guys. I installed Defender today 3/7
with no problems. However, I see that the old Setup for Microsoft
AntiSpyware is still there. - at least the desktop icon is - and, I assume,
the application too. Says it is version 9.0.333.0

I would like to get rid of this if it's not needed anymore. But I could use
some good advise on exactly what to do.

The application I refer to is the Installation Wizard that MSAS used to
intstall itself on my computer. I think MSAS is gone but the Wizard is still
there. Does that make sense?

Are you running ad-aware with any plugins? Ad-watch?
