Old image stuck in picture and fax viewer

We have an old image from last year stuck inside the
Windows picture and fax viewer. If you are just viewing,
everything is fine, however if you go to print, the will
display and print this old image at the end of the file
that is being printed.

The old file is a TIFF format fax purchase order and
we've accidentally packed it twice.

How can I get this old ghost image out of there?

Check the fax viewer's inbox/outbox, received/sent faxes.
Each box can be highlighted and use "File" which has a
dropdown list where you can delete them.

Can't delete jpgs from Windows Picture and Fax Viewer and prevent them from appearing

Can someone please help me? Images from the Internet (jpgs mostly) are appearing automatically in my Windows Picture and Fax Viewer, Photo Printing Wizard. I would like to delete them all and prevent them from appearing in the Photo Printing Wizard. I read somewhere on this forum how to delete individual images by using the "check" symbol on the red X delete symbol on the toolbar in the Windows Picture and Fax Viewer. That sends them to the recycle bin and I delete them from there. However, the Photo Printing Wizard fills up again with the jpgs without my accessing the internet again.

I've performed a search for jpgs to no avail and also did not find them in my pictures file. I'd like to find where these are and learn how to delete the whole lot of them at once if possible and then learn how to prevent images I view on the internet from appearing automatically in the Windows Picture and Fax Viewer and Photo Printing Wizard.

Thanks,

One Lost Luddite
