old IE problem

How do I recapture my Home Page? It has been hi-jacked by this url
http://www.makemesearch.com/?said=127.
I have Mcafee Virus Scan and Firewall, Ad-Aware, and Spy-Bot, and all are up
to date. I have run them all but they all come back no virus, trojans etc.
Any help out there?
