Old e-mail address

Some while ago I had to change my e-mail address (OutLook Express) in
order to stop unwanted Junk mail and "porn" filling my mail box.... As
I use web mail a lot when abroad I still get this unwanted stuff in my
junk box. Can anyone advise me how I can rid of this address completely

Just remove the account from Outlook Express........

Use email filters. Make 1 to accept email when the from line contains. Put
all your contacts in that rule. And stop processing more rules.
Then make a second rule that says for all messages. Delete it.

Since you accessing your E-mail from abroad while you are on Ahol or on
business what ever you do you will get these junk.
You should not access your e-mail from a net-cafe or public computers, they
are all been hacked or been spyed opon or the owner spying on the people
accessing their e-mails accounts on these machines.
One of two solutions, get yourself a laptop and internet access on it and
you can activate it (international Account) when you are going abroad or
there ways to get a whole system on a USB drive (I didn't try it myself)
plug it into the other computer and connect to your secure server with your
secure system, hopefully the Host not sniffing your connection!!.
