Old contacts

I cannot put off upgrading the London area codes of the
2000 or so contact files that I have stored on my
laptop. The process of updating these files on a ad hoc
basis it time consuming and haphazard.

Is there a wizard or a download I can get which converts
old London area codes from 0171 and 0181 to 0207 and 0208
respectively? I've completed half of the job manually
are the error rate is far too high.
