*OFT extension

I am trying to save a message as a template. However, using Outlook 2003, I
am unable to locate the *OFT extension to save the template. I know I had it
before as I saved a template before. Can anyone tell me where to go to reload
that extension?

In addition, this is run on Microsoft Office Professional. I have checked
other computers in the office and they do not have this extension, either.
HELP!!!
