Offline Files.

Hey All, I have tried everything I can think of, but I keep getting a message
saying "Offline Files - Working Offline" It's trying to connect me to a
website I visited a long time ago. Everytime I reboot, it shows up in the
bottom. I have removed all offline files, I have disables Sync, and removed
offline files. I have done a search for this website, no luck. I have tried
everything possible... Reformatting my HD, and logging on with my roaming
profile. If anyone has any ideas how to get rid of this, I would much
appreciate it! Thanks again. Sincerely, geoffrey.

Any advise given is my attempt to show appreciation for all
the excellent help I've received here but I'm no MVP so it
may only apply NUGS (Normally, Usually, Generally, Sometimes :)
