Office XP Shortcut Bar

I'd like to get the office xp shortcut bar to run. It's
supposed to be in Start -> Microsoft Office Tools, but
it's not there. I've done as search for every possible
combo, and the only thing I get is a list of shortcuts
under C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office10\Shortcut
Bar\Office. Any ideas as to how I can pull this thing
up?

Help with Office applications is available from
news://msnews.microsoft.com/microsoft.public.office.misc. A
workaround: right-click the Taskbar > Toolbars > New Toolbar. Navigate
to the SHORTCUT BAR folder.

This is not an Office NG but, open Office10 and look for MSOFFICE.EXE.
R-click and Sendto Desktop. Double click and take it from there.
