Hi experts,
I have about 30 Windows XP SP2 workstations. I have three that have a HP
psc (printer / scanner/copier) 750.
When working in Microsoft Office (both XP and 2003 versions), it is
impossible to save, insert an image, or print a document ( the
application hangs with "not responding") even when typing CTRL+S, for
example.
If the psc software is disabled or uninstalled, Office functions normally.
The computers are set to update automatically. I have not recently
updated the psc software. This all started happening within the past two
weeks. (Note: a Windows 2000/Office 2000 workstation with the hp
software is not affected). I believe it is related to a Windows or
Office update that was applied.
Does anyone know which update it could be, and how to remove it?
Thanks for the help.
