Office ADM files

Hi everyone
I just downoaded the Office 2003 ADMT files, and started to see some
features on these ADMTs.
I've 3 questions, if someone could help me, I'll be very appreciated.

1 - I copied the .admt files to "windows\inf", then I went to GPMC, and
created a new policy, and I saw that I needed to choose import new ADMT
files in order to get the office policies. Is there a way to make possible
when create new policies the office options already are in that new policy,
whithout need to manually import the ADTMs files?

2 - Do I need to copy the ADTM files to other existing servers in
windows\inf? What about exisying workstations?

3 - 1 of my goals with the new office ADTM files was to automatically
configure MS Outlook to the users, when they logon, we use exchange, I
searched but I didn't found anything that automatically setup the user and
our exchange server, is this possible with these ADTM files, if so where can
I find these options?

Thank you so much for your time.
Best regards.

No; You always have to re-add them to the editor.

If you administer your Group Policies from one machine only, it is
sufficient to have the templates installed on that machine. The *.inf
files are just templates from which a .POL-file gets created, filled
with all Group Policy settings you made. This .pol file resides within
the SYSVOL folder and gets replicated between the domain controllers,
anyway. Install the templates on the Group Policy Management machines,
that is sufficient.

There is no ADM template for this (afaik). Have a look at the Office
Resource Kit tools (free download at Microsoft) - it contains tools that
might help you customize the installation and customization of
Office/Outlook...

cheers,

Florian
