Office activation asked for again after about a year

Have been running TS for about a year with Office XP. All of a sudden office
can still be accessed on the TS machine but any TS client that uses an
office product gets "Microsoft Office XP Small Business has detected a
significant change in your machine configuration ----- goes on to say it
must be re-activated and in the meantime cannot save or use. For
re-activation it wants the CD in the drive but of course when put in the TS
server drive it does nothing and then the client machine says "Please quit
and restart all open applications for the recent changes to take effect.
This is necessary for the applications to work properly. "This happens on
every client although can run Word etc from the TS machine and the TS
machine, when activation is tried says that activation has already been
done. This all happened a few hours after installing Service Pack 4 and
after the Aug 14 blackout. I have another TS machine with Office XP, with
Service Pack 4 installed and it is OK. Any suggestions???

Thanks,
Glen Pearson
