Office 2003 SP1 Installation Error

When I try to install Office 2003 SP1 I get a
Installation Error:File not Found. It is looking for a
file call ZF561407.CAB and is unable to find it on any of
my office CD's. This happens on both the Client and
Fulll installations of Office 2003 SP1.

Once I cancel the installation eveything works but
Excel. When I open Excel, Office 2003 SP1 tries to
install agian.

Thank you for your replay, but the directory from the Q
article exist, and the file ZF561406.CAB is not on any
Office CD that I have. 97 +. I am unable to find out
what it is or way it is asking for it.
