Do I need to download this? I have office 2003 and have been getting all
office automatic updates so far!

includes fixes that have been previously released as separate updates for
Office 2003.

I have all the updates till now and I still installed the service pak on 3
computers so far with no problems.
If you use Windows Update to do this it will only install what is needed..
Otherwise you can download the whole thing and use it that way.
