Office 2003 Professional - Outlook - Problems with importing calen

The problem arose through exporting the original 'Calendar' to a .pst file at
work, to take home and enter a load of appointments etc. for next year. I
then intended to re-export from home (which I managed to do) and import back
into the Calendar file at work.I've done this successfully before, so don't
know where I went wrong this time.

After seemingly 'failing' to complete the impor, I confess to having dabbled
with creating new folders, importing .pst files and then 'dragging and
dropping' folders from one place to another within Outlook. As a
consequence, I now have 2 calendars in Outlook Today (both within the same
folder) - and although I can open either, I only really want one.

The original 'Calendar' is now the wrong one and I can't see how to make my
'new' one the default (can't find pathnames to change names; can't delete
original 'calendar' in Outlook; can't seem to 'import' information from the
required version into the default calendar).

It's all complicated by the fact that my boss has a PDA which updates/is
updated by my Calendar - hence I can't simply 'use' the correct version and
ignore the incorrect one.

I'm not highly technical, but I really thought I knew enough to be able to
manage this - obviously not! Can anyone help?!

You can drag/drop all the items from the updated calendar folder into the
actual "Calendar" folder and then things should flow correctly.

Also, you might always want to drag/drop items so they keep their
connections to other items correct. Exporting/importing unlinks them from
things like contacts, etc
