OE exporting messages.. get error initializing MAPI

When I try to export messages from Outlook Express(
winXP) I get 'error initializing MAPI' also get "MAPI
address book not available" when trying to merge data
from Quattro pro to WordPerFect.

Did you not read the message in the dialog box? "Export" in Outlook
Express ONLY exports to Outlook or Exchange.
