odd error on won2k server

HELP

windows 200o server suddenly wint doen there where a
number of error messages

1. cannot bind 192.168.0.1 mybe a problem with tcp/ip

i change the hardware round and now it says when i try to
add the fixed ip address.

network adapter reltek 8139 is already assiigned this
address although it is not physycally attached to the
machine, the connection setting remain hidden and bothe
adaptors may become active. do i want to cahnge to a
different ip address
yes no

the network works lets me sign onto the domain but
internet connection sharing will not work


any ideas i dont fancy reconfiguring a new server.
