[Microsoft][ODBC Microsoft Access Driver] The Microsoft
Jet database engine cannot open the file '(unknown)'. It
is already opened exclusively by another user, or you need
permission to view its data.

iam getting the above message when ever iam connteing to
access DB ( code is in asp)

After searching the Support.microsoft.com its seems that the problem is the security for the permission for IUSR_<machinename> (anonymous) the account that the iis run is missing in the ntfs
