Every time I try to view this webpage

The part where the chart is meant to be comes up with a
little red cross in the left hand side of the screen

I think it has something to do with the Javascript but I
don't know how to fix it.

I am using Windows XP Professional, with service pack 1
and all of the updates and internet explorer 6

Any suggestions would be good thanks

I checked out the site and the chart isn't done in Javascript, but
rather Java, which you need to install. Here's the download link:

http://www.java.com/en/index.jsp/

Then you'll be able to see the chart with no problem.

Thanks for that information, the installation was

working fine until it told me that the Service Package (I
am assuming Windows XP Service Pack 1) did not install
and complete properly and asked me to contact the vendor
of the Service Package
