I posted a problem on Microsoft Community Newsgroups

The part where the chart is meant to be comes up with a
little red cross in the left hand side of the screen I
think it has something to do with the Javascript but I
don't know how to fix it. I am using Windows XP
Professional, with service pack 1 and all of the updates
and internet explorer 6

I checked out the site and the chart isn't done in
Javascript, but rather Java, which you need to install.
Here's the download link:

http://www.java.com/en/index.jsp/

Then you'll be able to see the chart with no problem.

I appreciate your reply and I know it will solve my
problem but my next problem is that when I tried to
install the Java 2 Runtime Environment, SE 1.4.2_03, just
before it finished installing, it gave me the error
message

Error 1722. There is a problem with this Windows
Installer Package. A Program run as part of the setup did
not finish as expected. Contact your support personnel or
package vendor

If it is talking about Windows XP Service Pack 1, I
cannot uninstall it because when I installed Windows XP
Service Pack 1, it gave me the option to back up the
existing files so that I could uninstall it later but I
chose not to do that and the only way to get Windows XP
Service Pack 1 off my system, is to reinstall Windows.

Any feedback would be much appreciated

Thanks, Glenn

I had the same problem...and I installed the Java...however alot of game sites don't recognize this Java and prompt me to turn it off and go with the default...as you all know XP has no default Java...any thoughts? Is this the only site we can download Java from
