Numbering slides with Page x of y

I was wondering if it is possible to have an automatic
numbering shown on each slide - Page x of y for example.
I already know how to get the page numbers on the slide,
but like Word, I would like to have the full count of the
slides shown as well. Powerpoint has that in memory since
it displays that value itself when working in a
presentation.

You have to put the "y" part in manually, James.
