numbering pages problem

Hello,

Office 2003 pro

document has 4 pages
checked the different first page box
got the page numbering to start on the 2nd page
problem is the numbered pages equals 3
page format is 1 of 4 2 of 4 3 of 4 there is no 4th page.



Need help on how to get it to read 1 of 3 2 of 3 3of 3.

You could use a calculated field - {Page} of {={Numpages} - 1}
or insert a section break at the end of page 1 and use {Page} of
{SectionPages}
