Numbered Colunms

All of my columns in my spreadsheets (either existing or new) now have
numbers at the top of the header instead of letters. This really messes with
the formula for me. Anyway I want to correct this but I do not know what
caused this. It is almost like a default in the format of the sheet. Help

Go to Tools/Options and under the General Tab, turn off R1C1 Reference Style.
