NTVDM CPU illegal Instruction - Sysprep

Everytime I run sysprep I get a message that says "The
NTVDM CPU has encountered an illegal instruction.
CS:0000 IP:0077 OP:f0 37 05 0c 02 Choose 'Close' to
terminate teh application.

Any advice would be appreciated thanks

Glen,
What version of Sysprep are you running? Ensure you're
using the version that ships with Windows XP, I believe
v2.0.
