NTP Server in Singapore

I am in the zone GMT+8(Singapore does anyone knows is there any reliable and
free NTP server I can sync to? Thanks

I checked the lists.

It is no longer accurate. Most of the NTP servers listed here are either
dead or does not have NTP service(Port 123) open.
