NTLDR: Fatal Error 32769

I get the following error message when I reboot Windows XP. "A disk read error occurred - Press A+C+D" which I have done over and over to no avail. When I press the <F10> key during the reboot, I get the error message "NTLDR: Fatal error 32769 reading boot.ini

Anyone know how to fix
