NT4 DHCP

I have a windows 2K server with a static IP address that
continues to pull leases from my NT4 DHCP server, I will
have over 15 leases for this server and I have to keep
deleting them because I run out addressess. Any Ideas?

Sounds like the Routing and Remote Access Service (RRAS) is operating on
that Server machine, and is pulling addresses to give to its VPN clients.

Check that machine, and disable the RRAS Service if it is not required, or
reconfigure the VPN server to use a static address pool.
