Migrate DHCP leases only

I am switching my DHCP server from a virtual cluster to two physical servers.
I used the export\Import command from the cluster and imported the db to the
new servers.
I have already configured the new exclusion ranges for the scopes that were
imported to reflect a 100/100 solution.
I then deleted the leases on the new servers. I know now that may not have
been very intelligent. (stupid is a better word)
I would like to know if there is a way to import ONLY the DHCP leases of the
existing server into the scopes of the new servers without overwriting the
newly created exclusion ranges?

You can do it by creating a VBScript or any script for that purpose.

A bit more detail would be appreciated Rahisuddin.
Any one else ever have this issue?
Scripting Central provided no guidance on this.
