NT ON-Access Scanner service

I need help. Nobody knows what it is.
I use windous XP Home edition.
After the PC comes back from sleep mode, and only then, a
message window comes on asking to send the Error to
microsoft. The message is:

NT ON-Access Scanner Service encountered an error and
mast close the program.
What program? Nothing happens when I close the message!
Please help.
