NT Account Locked Out after reboot

After rebooting the computer and try to login into the NT
domain using my user name and its password, my account is
always locked out.
MS KB suggested me to look at Local User Account to see
if there is a user with the same name as my NT user name,
but I do not find this case.
Any suggestion to fix up this problem?
