If you select a right-to-left keyboard language (e.g. Arabic)
then you automatically get a right-to-left direction in notepad.

I'll rewrite my question:

How can I make the notepad open a specipic document allways as right to left
by default ???? I do not want to check the "right to left" botton every time
I open this specipic document.

If you save your documents as .txt then double clicking on it will
always open that document in NOTEPAD. You can make a shortcut of it on
your desktop to make it a bit easier.

It looks like the extension of the document is not .txt. Have you tried
changing the extension to somthing like: MyDoc.txt?

You will need to uncheck "hide extensions of known file types" in
Windows Explorer, VIEW tab to do this

If this doesn't help then open the document as you are currently doing,
then copy the entire text and paste it another BLANK Notepad. Save the
new document with name like: MyDoc without the extension so that Notepad
will know what to do with it next time.

What is your default keyboard language?

In this case notepad.exe will always start with an English
type script, which goes from left to right. If you make your
default keyboard language Arabic (for example) then notepad
will start from right to left.

It's no big deal changing keyboard languages. Pressing
Alt+LeftShift (for example) will do it instantly, depending
on your keyboard shortcut selection.
