Notepad malfunction

I use notepad to view the sources on webpages and use the
ideas. When I right click and click view source, an error
saying "notepad is not a valid win32 application" comes
up. I don't know where to start because it isn't
something I downloaded, it came with windows. ANY help is
greatly appreciated.

Are you running XPe device? If so, you may need to contact your device
manufacturer to check if Notepad app has been included in the XPe build that
is currently running on your device.
If you are under XP Pro/XP Home, post your question to
microsoft.public.windowsxp.general.
