Not valid WIN 32 application

Recently I get the following message when attempting to
use the Quatro Pro 10 spreadsheet program:
"New Quatro Pro 10 Notebook.wb3 is not a valid Win 32
applicatiom". Prior to this this Quatro Pro program
worked perfectly with Windows XP.
Would appreciate any help or suggestions for a remedy.

Leverett;
There are at least two causes for that error:
1. Attempting to use a 64 bit application on a 32 bit computer.
2. File is corrupted.
Since it worked before, the file is likely now corrupted.
