Not implemented Error Message when adding contacts

When I try to add contacts on microsoft office outlook 2007 Beta there is an
error message stateing not implemented please help

State your problem more clearly, including how you installed the beta, how
you migrated your data, how you are trying to add the Contact, and the exact
content of the error message.
