not enough quota

Most of the icons on my desk top and start menue disappear and I get an error
message ...\desktop is not accessable. Not enough quota is avalable to
process this command.

Delete some of your files or ask the administrator of the pc to increase your
quota. If you are the administrator, give yourself more quota or disable disk
quotas.
