When I run the Liveupdate feature, the Virus Definitions
works but no Internet Security Updates come down. The
error message refers to Parental Security being ebabled.
There is no Parental Security in this program.
I have disabled the Firewall in WinXP with no effect.
Are there other options in XP which could prevent
download updates? Symantec has not been able to solve.
