Norton Anti-Virus question

I'm using NAV which comes with Norton SystemWorks 2002. NAV checks
outgoing IE6 mail messages for viruses, but not newsgroup posts. Is
that normal?

I think yes. The programmers with Norton didn't think of this option (YET)
but i hope they will be soon.
