Sounds like a message you'd get right after you install the product and
right before you'd run your first scan. Is that when you're seeing this?
It would help if you write more than a single descriptive sentence.
Actually, pretty close.
Installed the software and it did its preinstallation scan and then
this message.
After searching the norton site, I uninstalled the software and am
going to re-install.
All seems to be OK this time!
