as the likes of norton .My friend swears by it but i am not so sure.Any

I dumped Norton a couple of years ago in favor of NOD32 and I have not
looked back. Norton is too slow on full scans of the HD as compared to
NOD32 which does it in half the time.

With NOD32 doing a full scan, I can do a couple of other things on the
computer and not see a speed hit. I could hardly run one thing with
Norton without bringing the computer to its knees.

The main reason I dumped Norton was because it keep crapping on itself
during the Death Update where I had uninstall and reinstall the thing
more than a few times.

NOD32 has given me no problems over the years and has caught everything
thrown at it.

Duane :)

I used to have a nod, but I am not satisfied, it is a big difference from
free and paid version.
Where have you found a free version of NOD32 and how does it differ
from the paid one? I have only heard from one that comes with an
Australian It-magazine.

So, I suggest you to try a bitdefender antivirus prigram, it's great

It's true, sorry, I have a free trial version from magazine, but only for
one month. No, i pay for nod, but it's somethng strange, the paid version
found much more viruses as free trial version did not

The free and paid for versions are the same. I don't know why you found
the difference.
