Nod32 AV Questions

Hi,

I just downloaded a trial of Nod32 onto a friends PC running XP +SP2.

When running a full scan it starts by high lighting 5 or 6 system files and
stating error file cannot be read file is locked. ( Or very similar to that
anyway).

Is this normal Nod behaviour.

The same happened in Safe Mode.

Also will Nod scan e-mail in Outlook Express, at present it states Outlook
on the mail scanner but Outlook is not installed.

Cheers

David.

Yes this is normal behaviour. System files that are locked by the operating
system will have a four in brackets after them (4) meaning that the system
has them locked and they can not be scanned.
Nod32 works very well with Outlook Express and scans e-mails and
attachments.

Your system is very safe with NOD32.
