No.1. I did everything possible as far as volume and
making sure mute was unchecked, still I have no sound,
all of a sudden.

No.2. My printer stopped confirgurating correctly.

No.3. I downloaded Realplayer Plus and charged it to my
discovercard. When I went back into the system to another
date trying to recover my sound, Realplayer Plus was
gone. How do I recover?

Hi

I think you can download RP+ again and enter your user name/ serial number
if you were supplied with one via email. Or contact realplayer support and
tell them about it as they will have your account details. Save the setup
file to CD next time.
What you doing buying that rubbish for anyways? lol. :))
Did you get your sound etc working after restoring?
Also check for bugs and trojans if you are putting credit card numbers into
your 'puter after something goes wrong.
