No Sound With Sound After Installing XP

I had same problem, I went to windows update and it found
and installed the driver required...give it a try.

Hello

What you should do is remove any drivers from Win98 that relates
to your soundcard. Reboot your pc and let XP locate the correct
drivers for it. Or you can go to www.creativelabs.com and locate
the XP drivers for your particular SCard
