I opened a sheet and i could only see the top left gray litle rectangle. No
row nor colomns are seen. What do I need to do to see the rows and colomns?

Maybe the worksheet window is off the screen.

If you hit the print preview button, do you see stuff?

If yes:
(in excel 2003 menus)
Window|Arrange|Tiled

You can resize it the way you like later.

If no:
Maybe the rows and/or columns are hidden.

Click that grey "Select All" button
Then
Format|row|Unhide
and
Format|column|unhide

Hi,

If you don't see row number or column letters:

Click the small gray square at the top left and choose Format, Columns,
Unhide or Format, Rows, Unhide (depending on which you can't see).

If this helps, please click the Yes button.
