No public forms in outlook

Hi all,

We are having a problem using the forms library in Exchange 2003.
We just migrated from Exchange 2000 background to 2003.
Alle mailboxes are on new platform
At this moment some of our users are not able anymore to view some
custom made forms via Outlook. Strange thing is that a lot of our
users still are able to use these forms.
We use different Outlook clients (2000, 20003 and 2007) in different
client languages.
In the past we had a similar problem but unfortunately i forgot to
write down a solution for this -:)
As far as i can recall it had something to do with these differences
in client languages and if i remember right i do have to make some
registry settings on the exchange server or maybe re-publish the
forms?
Am i right here or does anyone else know a good solution for this?

Thanx in advance

Jellin

One thing you may want to try is...
From within Outlook go to Tools -> Options.
Select the Other tab.
Click Advanced Options.
Click Custom Forms.
Click Manage Forms.
Click Clear Cache.

You won't get any confirmation once this is done, but you can just close out
and then try opening a form again.
